Budget sound deadening for road noise (not for the stereo)

I want to make the car a little quieter.

Stock radio and speakers.

This is not for better music inside the car, just a way to make it a little quieter.

ALL DIY, so I will be doing all the work.

Budget is $200 total for all materials.

What should I get?
