Toyota Yaris—the Leader of the Pack
Destined to be a go-to player in the segment, the Yaris delivers the reliability and quality that made Toyota famous, the best fuel economy on the road this side of a hybrid and the second lowest entry fee at $11,150. The only entry with a shorter length than the Yaris is the Cooper but the Yaris is proving big at the showroom and has screamed to the lead in the sales race.

Great article! Nice to see Yaris doing well! Yesterday I drove behined then past a red liftback. Very nice car and woman driver as well!

I just love the liftbacks kind of bold in your face design but without being too much, if that makes sense.

Suprising to see Yaris outsold Fit by more than double! Around here i've seen several Fit but few Yaris....of course this is the land of pickups and duallys.

That's funny! A guy on Scionlife said he thought the Yaris was a "bust". Guess he was off th mark a little!

The Fit is way, way lower than I would have expected, considering that all the professional reviewers claim it kicks everyone else's ass.

Hurray!

And they say there is no Demand for parts! They are making all these parts for the Honda Fit... But The Yaris has double the amount of cars on the road!

Go Toyota!

Edit:
It just hit me... the total B-Segment for Quarter 01 2007 is 99,875 units sold...

Almost 100,000 cars in one quarter... I wonder what the market share on that is? Sounds to me like America has fallen in love with small cars again!
