Is there a easier way to replace front brake dust shield on a 2007 Yaris. Don't really want to remove spindle.

No there is not. Best to just live without a shield. Removing the hub to allow access to the shield will destroy the wheel bearing. I would leave it be untill such time comes that you need to replace the wheel bearing.
