2009 Yaris make noise like parts banging or rattling under car

Hi good folks,

you guys helped me a lot already. I am facing a new problem, whenever I press gas paddle after stopping for a giveaway or a signal, after pressing the gas paddle car makes a rattle noise that comes underneath of the car for 1 second and disappears when car is moving. It happens I reverse as well. But it does not happen all the time. Lets just say 10% of the time of total driving and the noise last for only 1 second.

Today the acceleration delayed for 1 second which freaked me out because I was in highway and I had my baby in the car as well.

Any clue what could be the cause ?

You're going to have to worm your way underneath the car and inspect every one of the heat shields. Chances are a fastening point somewhere has corroded away.
