Pesky P0441 Code Grrrr

I have a 2017 SE and it threw a P0441 EVAP code a few weeks back. Replaced the gas cap, reset the code, it came back. Replaced the EVAP purge solenoid, reset the code, came back after 10 miles of driving. Not sure what to do and surrendering to the Toyota dealership is my last resort.

Take it to an independent and get a smoke test done. This will expose any leaks in the evap network.
