Strange water leak

I seen this a few weeks ago, cleaned it with brake cleaner. Noticed it again today it literally looks like it coming from the valve cover but it isn't oil or coolant. Seems to be just water.

I also pulled the plastic engine cover to get a better view of the vvt solinoid. Doesn't look like it leaking but the metal tab on the metal piece look like it's been pushed a little. Strange. No oil leaks from there

Condensation maybe? a 2015 shouldn't be leaking oil this early. My 2014 is dry as a bone.

The thing that concerns me is the vvt solinoid looks like the tabs on the metal to plastic aren't all secure like one side may have slipped off
