So I am checking this chart of lock/unlock explained

Number 6 is as follows
If it is in P while the ignition is switched to ON, all the doors will be unlocked

But today, my car parked at P and ignition was turned only 1 click to charge my phone-engine was not running-. Then I got out and was not able to get in again because doors were locked.
Can someone explain why? Because it contradicts #6 rule. How do I solve this problem?
