1kr-fe Dirt in intake manifold

I have a Toyota Vitz (2010) with 1.0 liter 1kr-fe engine, yesterday I was cleaning the throttle body I noticed the dirt in intake manifold. Can someone tell me where its coming from? Also should I clean my intake manifold?

Not an expert on these engines but it looks like water mixed with oil. Check your oil cap. If it looks similar stop running the car. It is likely a blown head gasket. If the oil looks milky it is really bad.
