A good inexpensive LARGE android tablet for use with Torque Pro?

costco useualy has a "wifi only" samsung 8.1a? for around 100$...i use it for ALOT of stuff, they useualy also have a 10 inch? for 200ish...so i guess it comes down to ..whats the budget and what size are you after?
