I have a third gen yaris with factory manual climte controls.
I know that this version was offered with optional automatic climate controls that you can esely find on ebay and fit perfectly with sensors already integrated.
I'm wondering if I can swap the manual controls with the automatic ones without rewireing the whole dash and just swap the two units.

besically the short question is: Are the motors that change where the air is blowing included with the automatic unit or you have to take apart the dash to put new motors and aditional wireing?

Based on the way the 2nd Gen was assembled, I'm guessing that you will have to purchase the servos for the vents.

The swap is possible, but I'd be hesitant to attempt it without an entire donor car. I think you'll find that the heater boxes are different parts. You'd also likely need the temp sensors, wiring harness, body control module, and AC amplifier.

ah ok so tecnically it is possible, but not really a good idea...
Thank you!
