reversing wire splice point

Hi folks

I'm putting a wireless camera on the back of a 2012 Yaris YR NCP130R.
Does anyone know if I can find a reversing wire splice point behind the hatch cover where the camera wire comes out, or will I have to find a painful way out of that area, and down to the actual reversing light?

According to the wiring diagram, there is no wiring in the rear hatch for a reversing camera. The mounting hole exists, but that is all.

The nearest point to pick up a +12 volt feed is to tap into the wiring to one of the reversing lights. You then need to feed the wire up into the roof lining, through into the rear door, and down the wiring channel beside the rear window.
