ignition +ve wire behind hatch cover

Hey all
Anyone know if there is a +ve battery wire behind the hatch door cover (where the number plate lights are) that remains active while ignition only is on?

Yes, the power to the wiper motor is through an ignition switched 15 amp fuse. The wiring diagram shows this as a black(?) Wire to the wiper motor connector.
