Front Driver Side Seatbelt Removal

I guess it's time to fix my sagging seat belt.
It doesn't retract fully and gets caught in the door and just looks bad.

Are there any tricks for the full assembly removal or is it the standard 3 or 4 bolts to the frame like the older cars?
(I couldn't find any pictures, videos, or manuals)

Should I try to fix the assembly on my own (manually tightening the spring) or is it better to send it in for service?

Or does anyone know where I can purchase a new assembly?

yeah its a simple remove, 3 bolts and a plug
tho you do need to remove the trim too and the upper "slider" is a lil tricky as you have to pop up the fingers on the button to access the bolt
