Sounds like oil starvation. Do you have the correct oil filter and viscosity?
How’s the oil Level?

How many miles on the engine? My Ford F150 engine had a damaged cam chain tensioner. It made the same noise. Although I doubt the engine of your car has the same problems.
It might be the slope. If you park it on the level does it do the same thing?

Well if it had a bad mechanical problem it would make noise even starting it outside where its level. I guess something must be wrong that would take more sleuthing to figure out.
But it doesn’t seem drastic I’ll give it some more thought!

If you wanted to avoid the noise you could just park it outside on the level. Does it shatter when it’s cold outside but not when it’s warm outside?
If you drive to the store does it Chatter after the engine has warmed up?

when the engine is warm its very smooth... all i can hear are a little bit the lifters...but dealer said its normal....

Lifters? Hydraulic lifters? These engines don’t have hydraulic lifters. They have shim under bucket valve adjustment. They are exactly like high-performance motorcycle engines. The adjustment is supposed to be made every 60,000 miles. Or should I say checked and adjusted if needed. Which is very involved and almost never done. I’ve never read in this form of it being done.
My wife’s 2005 Camry with 196,000 miles has the same arrangement and the valves have never been checked and certainly never adjusted.
Which probably has nothing to do with What you are experiencing! No noise when starting warm, but a brief clutter when cold starting. On a slope not on level ground.
If the dealer Toyota has examined The car there’s probably nothing drastic wrong. I guess it’s just one of those things it would be nice to know the answer to, but noT really practical.
Having said all that ...
In 1980 we bought a brand new Subaru hatchback for $4600 bottom line. When I change the oil and use the fram Oil filter, the engine clattered on start up hot or cold. I had to buy the oil filter at Subaru to fix that problem. But in your case your oil and filter are all in spec.
Maybe someone else could jump in at this point?

I have a small video of engine on idle and you can hear the lifters and injectors... its a funny sounding engine.. How can i post the video or should i email you the video.. its a short viveo under one minute. It also says on the oem sticker under the hood.. that the engine needs no adjustments.
thanks
