Yaris 2012 Engine Oil and Coolant

Hey Guys, I live in Greece and recently I bought a Yaris 2012 1.0 Model KSP 130L made in France with 142000 Km in it, here in Greece it's tough to find answers from Mechanics, so please tell me what type of Coolant, Engine Oil should I go with, also I saw many youtube videos that I should change the Engine Oil every 5000 Km, but what if I don't drive much, should I change the Engine Oil every 6 months then? for example, I will probably go like 800 Km in 6 months, should I be changing the oil? or should I wait until it hits 5000 Km? I tried to find the details for my exact model but it's a bit confusing, my car doesn't have a rear camera, Sensors, or LCD Display but the cars I saw on youtube do, so it's not the same, that is the reason I am a bit confused. Here in the United States the 1.5 L Yaris takes 5W-30 motor oil. And that is written on the cap you removed to add oil to the engine. So I imagine it will be the same for your car.

I will change the oil once a year if I were you definitely don’t wait for 5000 km!

I would recommend Toyota Coolant. It’s red in color and lasts about forever. I also recommend Toyota air filters for this car they are the best in my experience.

Did you car come with an owners manual?
It tells you exactly what oil to use etc
