Im kinda tired people not noticing the backup light on the very bottom center since theyre use to it being on the tail lights. has anyone installed a previous gen taillight with integrated backup light on a third gen? It doesnt help that i have no backup cam. Ive had numerous close calls when backing up.

Just get a bright white led bulb. I have all my rear bulbs replaced with Sylvania LED's making my brake lights much brighter and having brighter rear lights is always good on a small car like ours. The factory halogen reverse lights are very dime compared to LED's

I might have to do that. I was trying to remove the reverse light bulb and water came out.

Clean it out with alcohol, hopefully there is no corrosion. Put an LED bulb with some dielectric grease and you shouldn't have any issues anymore.
