p2420 code, engine light & Trac Off light

Hello there,
I have a 2012 Yaris sedan and I am getting a p2420 code as well as my engine light and trac off light are both ON. I've replaced the purge valve and cleared the codes, but they are back. Any suggestions or advice on what I should check next to solve this?

It could be something as simple as a bed fuel tank cap. I guess you know it’s something to do with the evap system. Also filling your car with gas with the engine running is a bad idea. Did you do that?
