Your fuel mix is running lean, too much air. Top thing to look at in any google result is the MAF sensor needing to be cleaned.

Maybe the duct between the Maf and the throttle body is torn.

How do you fix code P0171?
You can usually fix P0171 using the following steps:
Replace the fuel pump or fuel filter.
Change the fuel pressure regulator.
Replace the powertrain control module.
Change one or more injectors.

code?
Is P0171 serious?
Issue Severity: MODERATE– Extended driving with this code can cause internal engine damage. Repair Urgency: Get this code fixed as soon as possible to avoid damage to spark plugs, pistons, and catalytic converters. Diagnosis: It is important to complete the entire diagnostic process when diagnosing P0171.

There is no duct as the air box pushes on the throttle body.

There is no fuel filter on my model also have replaced all 4 injectors and maf sensor along with both oxygen sensors.

No fuel filter? Are you sure?
I’m guessing you have a vacuum leak. Have you consulted Scotty on YouTube? He describes a procedure for locating vacuum leaks. I think it involves spraying something like WD-40 on it around the vacuum lines of the engine and listening for RPM increase. If it increases when you spray It someplace there’s your leak
The filter maybe part of the fuel assembly. In the top of the fuel tank.
My 2007 has the filter inside the fuel pickup assembly on the top of the fuel tank.

Sometimes the fuel filter is integral to the fuel pump
