17x8 +35et need help

im looking at a wheel thats 17x8 +35et with a 215/40/17 tire.

will this wheel fit all around with no mods or rubbing?

The stock 185/60/R15 tires are 603mm in diameter, the 215/40/R17 tires are 604mm. I use this calculator:

Those wheels will be flushed with the front fenders. The thing I don't know is if you'll rub on the wheel lock to wheel lock turns?

I follow this guy on YouTube, who put 225/45/R15 tires on 15X8 +25et, granted they're only 584mm in diameter. And, with +25et, the wheels will be farther from the inside.
