The one on my wife’s 2005 Camry will be 19 years old in September and has 200,000 miles on it.

The belt that drives the water pump, Alternator, AC, and power steering went 150,000 miles.

I change mine on my truck once every couple years, its easy and cheap.

I have 250k miles+ on my original fuel pump and filter. I recently took it out to see what kind of filter it used and I could blow right through it. I'm not going to rush to buy a new one, but I don't want to wait long.

I think they don’t sell new fuel filters buy them selves. They only come with the pump as far as I know.

Actually they do, you just have to make sure you get the correct one, because there are two different housing and pumps. There are other thread that covers this. This one is for the later model with the pump exit off centered.

I have not done this, but it could be a PITA to swap, since you'd have to stretch the hose over the barbed nipple. But maybe with some patience and help with needle nose pliers it wouldn't be too difficult.
Most of the time if you're buying just the pump, it'd come with the strainer.
