generational swapping

I have a mark 2 (gen 1?) from 2005, and I need a front quarter for it, I found one cheap in the colour I need, but it's from a 2010 model or around there (gen 2's). Will it still fit, considering the slight difference in bumper design?

fairly certain its the same..the hood/headlights were the only real change, as the bumpers are also technicaly the same except for the silly indented curve

2005 is a Gen2 Yaris as is the 2010. Any body part made of metal is a direct swap.

wait i thought the hood was different for the headlights..is it just the bumper that got a tweak at the headlights....i know the "issue" up front is 110% headlight related

Only the bumper cover changed to facilitate that new headlight.
