Steering Wheel Stiff

All,

Its bit wierd i cant figured out.

The steering wheel feel a bit stiff no noises cranks but it feels a bit heavier than other older MK1 yaris.

I have no clue

lifted the front tyres and it seems to working light when i put back on gorund not sure why it is not feeling light.

Any ideas pls

much appreciated.
