I unplugged the radio harnesses and alarm stops working

Hi, in a Yaris 2008 sedan, does the radio has control over the alarm?, I just unplugged the three harnesses of the TOYOTA 86120-52490 (Fujitsu Ten 122000-7300B101) and the alarm doesen´t works, no lock or unlock with remote or flashing lights when on.
Any help please?? I want to replace the stereo but I need to know if I will need a new alarm.

plug the radio back in and see if everything starts working again, i suspect its one of 2 things
1: its getting "pass thru" power from the head units harness and youll need to jumper power to the alarm
2: the head unit is partially integrated to the alarm and is how you set/change codes...i dont know of toyota doing this outside "high end" models but its possible based on options
