Issues with Cold Start

Hello! I have a Yaris 2007 sedan 1.5L V4 US version with 190k miles on it. The cold start takes longer than usual. Please see the following video:

What could be the issue?

Also, listen the motor noise and let me know if it is normal. I don't have any issues with it, just want to know the health of it.
