I have a 2017 Yaris IA and my mom got into a fender bender. Slight damage to the front left fender and plastic. She said it started making a low hum noise at low speed, ~30 or so. I thought it might be wind noise because the plastic bumper was deformed but i heard nothing on a test drive. Nothing is rubbing from what i can tell but is there anything in that area under the hood that could make such a sound. Also, does the Yaris sometimes keep the cooling fan on for a few minutes after the car is parked? My Honda did that.
