Has anyone tried this on a Yaris yet? Thinking about a 2:1 rising rate FPR that only sees boost so the base pressure can still be matched to stock.

I haven't but it does sound interesting.

You can't use rising rate FPR on a yaris because of the returnless fuel system. You must do a full custom setup or modify the fuel sending unit

A 2:1 is not going to get you very far. It is far more effective to just make it a standard return system with a 1:1 FPR to just account for boost pressure then make fuel adjustments with your ECU. I am running a speeduino on E85 with the stock fuel system and pump. It runs out of steam and starts losing pressure around 5 psi of boost. I basically just open the injectors all the way and let it eat lol. Retunless is a bitch with forced induction! If you are dead set on a FPU, you need a much higher raising rate to account the the increased air volume, usually a 10:1 or 20:1 FPU is common, or was common 20 years ago. But, then you have no way of pulling timing with boost and you will reach the limit of the stock MAF sensor very fast. If you are going to put in the work to make it a return system, just go standalone and a 1:1 FPR.

Did you do google searches with the keywords "upgrade, modify, add, returnless, fuel system, fpr, regulator"?
Google works still and one of the first videos is gold

What are the key challenges and considerations involved in modifying the Yaris' fuel system to accommodate a 2:1 rising rate FPR, especially given the returnless fuel system, and how have others addressed similar issues in their setups?
