Unfortunately I was changing the plastic isolated on my alternator and touched the body causing a spark.
No I didn’t disconnect the battery because I’m a dumbass.
Any help where to start to see if I didn’t fry the ecu or something? It starts up and I can’t get a connection to my reader through my obdii port.
These dash lights are on.

My money is on you've damaged the fusible link. It will blow whenever an alternator short has occurred.

Thanks, just found out that was on the battery and is blown. Luckily Toyota has one locally and will fix in the morning.
Thanks!!

That’s fixed my issue of being lazy. Now to fix a misfire on cylinder 2.
