Mid Ohio Raceway

I was checking out Mid Ohio's schedule to see when the big week long races are and they have some cool ass races coming up. The Rolex Daytona cars will be there June 22-24, the weekend I gotta work of course. There's a vintage race June 29-1. Admission is like $10 for Friday practices to $30 for the whole weekend. Real cheep.

Being right near the middle of the state I wondered if the Ohio crew would want to get together and meet up at the races?

The best race weekend there is the AMA bike races. It brings out thier biggest crouds of the year and is the best races on the track. I drive down from Canada every year for the race. I have ridden on the track with my bike as well. This track and facility is awesome. Highly recomend going to an even there.

You can race Mid Ohio in street cars. I forget when, but I think it is only once a year. I would love to see a swarm of us crawling around that wonderful track.

that would be so killer.... lets try and get this together... mid Ohio is a perfect place for most of us Ohioian's no more than a couple hours
