Gas pedel is not giving much acceleration

Mine is Yaris 2006.

Recently I changed my clutch plate and
Now I feel like pressing gas pedel is
not accelerating not like old days.

My questions are.
A. What can be the possible issue here.
B. Does it related to my previously changed clutch plate?
C. Any DIY hacks to know the issue.

One more information
Previously my car fuel consumption is 6.4l/100km
Now it's 4.4l/100km in same highway same speed pattern.

How do I know the clutch is slipping?
