To get this top glovebox door off. Remove the lower glovebox and set aside. Get down on your back and look up and you’ll see the screw closest to the instrument panel. Get a “right side tool ratchet with Phillips Head to remove the screw on the back of the door mechanism. This is a tight fit and little hand room but doable. Next, sit up normal on the passenger seat. Get close to the dashboard. With a med length Phillips head screw driver and feeling with one hand locate the screw nearest the door. You can feel for this one and it’s fairly simple. Next get two trim removal tools. Carefully pry outward from the sides and bottom and the door will pop out. Installation is the reverse. I have not done the driver side but imagine it would be similar with having to remove the lower panel for access. Good luck

Update: I forgot to add that when you put the screw back in the hole nearest the instrument panel, there is very little room. I used a little white tack on the head of the screw, and using my index and middle fingers started the screw in the hole, then you can cinch down with your right angle tool. The screw closest the passenger door is much easier and can use a regular screwdriver to tighten up after using your fingers to start the screw in the hole.
