2007 Yaris Electric Leads

Spent the last few months rebuilding the engine of my 2007 Yaris (1NZ-FE engine). Got everything back together, but I can't figure out where these leads go (images attached). Any help would be appreciated.

I can't really tell what all is happening with the positive terminal attachment unless a disconnect. Not going to do that.
Maybe these will help. At least you can clearly see where the white connector goes.

Attached is a more detailed picture of the battery terminal attachment. I followed the wires back to the source and they both come from the engine control panel.
