Intermittent start won't crank but accessories and AC come on

Tried to replace ignition switch but the dang thing won't come out. Will start and run fine then when I turn it off it will come on but not crank or turn over. Just accessories/AC come on. If I let it sit for a little it'll crank up like normal and turn over multiple times. Then if I drive it around it'll do the same thing where it won't start again.

New battery just a week ago to rule that out.
