Remove little compartment for easy access. Pull up so the slotted hinge pops off, then pull the compartment upward and through the clearance slots for the stop pins
Pull old relay that hyperflashes with LEDs
Install adjustable electronic relay (snap black tabs at end of connector if it won't seat far enough)
Adjust flashing speed
Reinstall compartment/cubby
Done
Resistors are foolish. This is easier and makes more sense, as now the wiring is not cut up and the power consumption stays low.
