Hey guys:

According to my manual (Yaris 2016 sedan, LE), fuel filter must be serviced at 96 months. I've read it's included inside the pump, that it is not serviceable. Another posts says it is possible.

My Toyota dealership just told me they don't service the filter, since it's included in the pump, but the manual states that it must be serviced "Fuel filter (including filter in fuel tank)".

So, which one is it? Should I also then change the pump?

Appreciate your help on this!

I would not care as long as the car behaves ok.
You can check the fuel pressure (or have it checked) if you really insist, but fuel filter cannot become suddenly clogged if you use normal gas on normal gas stations. It would take a lot of time and you would feel gradual loss of power, choke when accelerating, CEL can come up...

If everything is running normal, no issues don't worry about it.
I have a 2006 with 404,000 kms on it and have never addressed the filter/pump in any way.
