All I can think of, is to try a different program to rip your files and create the MP3 files, I like CDex, but it's not so user friendly. I have had no problems when using iTunes as well...

good luck

If you have access to a Linux box use Gnome Baker in Gnome, or K3b in KDE. Both are free, open source, intuitive, and work like a charm for the Yaris' stereo.

Try importing your MP3s into Windows Media Player 10, then do a title search if it doesn't fill in the info automatically. When you get that done, burn a MP3 cd from WMP and it will work. I had some OLD MP3s I ripped years ago that didn't have the ID tags, and WMP fixed them. Worked for me, might for you.

There are actually many different versions of MP3 tags. Your deck may not be able to handle whichever kind Nero 7 puts out. With my Panasonic DVD player, the songs that I had ripped myself in iTunes didn't show tags, I had to change the iTunes preferences to use an older version of the tags, and then it worked.

I use AudioGrabber from http://www.FileHippo.com. Works like a champ. On the same site, download MediaMonkey and it has an intelligent tag editor that checks online CDDB and corrects the MP3s.
