Missing antenna piece

Missing part

Some years ago the antenna on my 09 Yaris hatchback was removed (not by me) and now I’m wanting to replace it, I have the mast and bolt but I have nothing for them to screw into as the base has been completely hollowed out, do I need a new base altogether? If so is it difficult to mount? Would JB welding the mast to the base work? (I don’t necessarily need the antenna to function since I don’t use the radio I just prefer to have it for cosmetic reasons)

the threaded insert looks like its ripped out, correct repair would be to remove the headliner and replace the antenna base, i replaced mine when i had my car repainted the body shop did a shit job masking off the antenna base so it had a bunch of overspray, the head liner is easy to remove just be very gentle and dontbend or crease it
