My old car was totaled (rip) and I found this 2008 manual Yaris for cheap nearby. I bought it super fast, stupid me didn't think to check how bad the rust was.

This is the right rear wheel well. The bolts are solid, and the metal around the bolts are also solid. But it's surrounded by rot. Also, looks like the real axel beam is also cracked.

How screwed am I? I paid $2000 for this, and I got money to repair i. But is this even worth the effort?

Let's have a look.
Hmm... it's not so- GAH!!!

Might want to take it to a GOOD body shop.
One that will be honest with you.
There MIGHT be an inexpensive fix but I can't be sure from the pics.

The last pic is very unsettling.
The rest can be treated I think - those are very, very typical places for rust for yaris.
The cracked axle beam is bad - I would bet the whole axle will be quite fragile because of rust. Your best bet would be to change the whole axle. You can find some in decent shape on junkyard. Some cars have the axle OK while other cars have them completely rotten. Same region. No idea why.
