Swapping Rear Seats - 3 door

I am thinking of upgrading to the fold-flat split rear seat. It was not available when I bought my car. I searched through the archives but could not find anyone who had done it.

Has anyone done it?
Is it an easy swap?
Where did you get the seat?
Any idea on cost?

I have pulled my rear seat out... it is a 5 minute job... if you were to find one it would be on www.car-part.com, randomly search for Yaris parts and call a yard near you and ask them if they have the whole car and if they interior is still in it... and if it has 60/40 seats....
