What is it: Toyota/Lexus/Scion Meet. BUT, open to anyone who wants to come. No cars will be Excluded as this is fun for all. :).

Where: Bear Mountain State Park, Bear Mountain, NY 10911 .

http://www.bearmountaininn.com/
http://www.hudsonriver.com/bearmtn.htm
http://nysparks.state.ny.us/parks/info.asp?parkID=55

When: Saturday July 14th.

Time: Several people want it at 2pm, end of story. So I'm just going to make it at 2PM now. I'm NOT going to hold any resposibility if there is no room to park. Hopefully there will be, but I'm not taking responsibility for it.

BBQ is "supposed" to be by permit only, but apparently they don;t really gove a crap. So bring stuff for a BBQ if you want. :)

We're trying to get a portion of the back lot reserved as not to deal with other people. I'll post up on that as soon as I get word back from my friend.

yo um should we get a list of things to bring started? if we are considering a BB-Q maybe we should start organizing what we need to have to make it worthwhile  obviously everyone should bring whatever food and drink they want to devour, but maybe we can see who has the best grill to bring etc. i dont know just a suggestion. just figuring we can figure this stuff out now instead of last minute

Sorry for the late update. I finally rebuilt my damn laptop so it works and I got the links for the threads again, and death in family.

The Meet time will be known on Wed. I SHOULD know Wed if my friend is able to reserve a small section of the parking. Decent chance he car. If not, meeting time will need to be early as the lot fills up fast.

BTW, IF I missed you, PLEASE tell me!

Ok, Meet time is BEFORE 10am. Several people have told me the lot gets full by then, and we are not able to reserve it. So I'll say the meet time is 9:30-10am.

Friend and I are going to meet at the Palisades Mall Commuter Lot (across the street from Home Depot) at 1:30. If anyone wants to roll with us for a small convoy, get there BEFORE 1:30 please. I figure if there is a convoy and no parking left when we get there, we'll all be together, so it will be easy to roll somewhere else.

Issue with that is parking is $6, so you'd have to front the $ for all the spots you reserve.

It;s $6, it's not much considering it's a park.
