I have been reading about SRI and CAI and it seems like SRI is good at low rpm performance while CAI is for high rpm. My question is, what is a high rpm, 3000? and does low rpm means 2000? I just want some numbers.

it redlines at 6600, so 6000 is high. 4000 and up I would consider high, 3000 or lower is low.. easy enough?

Do the SRI sound and perform (at least in mileage terms) the same as the CAI?

Yea been talked about many times, just do a SRI, if your not going forced induction, your yaris will never be fast, doesnt need any more HP at high rpm, its just not needed. Where our car really lacks is the low end, which is why a SRI is most beneficial........but to each their own....
