I believe but don't quote me on this the North American Yarii we get is made in Japan but the European one is made there, I think France, I know it was designed there but I'm not too sure where its manufactured.

Toyota makes the Yaris in its French factory for its European markets. The rest of the world gets its Yaris from their Japanese factory. Soon its third factory in Thailand will be producing Yarises as well.

I think Toyota USA should consider producing them in the US. Obviously the demand is huge and can probably make some money making them locally rather than importing them. I´m not complaining though considering I´ll get a Japan-made Yaris :P.

Yes, we have now two Toyota factories in Valenciennes and soon may be a Lexus one too :smile:
