My Yaris got a new roommate!

hehe picked up a 2003.5 BMW M3 Cab SMG this weekend, drove her back from Chicago to Calgary, 2000 miles of pretty much no speed limit, 150mph blasts through South Dakota and Montana!

haha thanks. I did cruse at 150mph with the top down for a good 20 minutes, I have the windscreen and really, above 120mph the wind noise does get annoying. I did the last stretch of montana with the top up at 150mph.

That's not terribly crazy... my old delimited and renntech'd SLK32, I used to cruse at 170mph top down haha.

Well the Yaris I bought for my brother... but really, it's totally different driving experiences. The M3 while fast, lets you make mistakes without costing speed... get away a bit more with agressive driving. The Yaris (with all the suspension mods) forces you to drive smooth to maintain speed in and out of corners. I actually enjoy driving both cars and they both get even road time with me.

My E55 however has been really neglected... it's been parked ever since I bought the Yaris. I'm gonna sell it this week.

Nice car! wow... just wow to your 150mph. I think the fastest i've gone ever is 95mph and i don't dare go any faster... cops here are a pest. and the fastest you can go anywhere around is 55.

Really? I thought it was kinda crappy... I've been hunting for a higher quality camera haha. It's just a Canon SD700IS and some basic post processing (curve adjustments) in photoshop.

fastest I've gone in a car 240 kph in my pt cruiser....it shut down at that speed...
