Now looking at these stats you can see some interesting trends. Even though Canada only has about 10.5% of the U.S.A.'s total population, we have Yaris owners comprising 25% of the North American voted user base.

I've always heard that Canadians buy more small and compact cars than their American neighbours. However, considering that the Yaris selection is much wider in Canada, due to Toyota USA offering the Scion line of cars in market segments that the Yaris 3dr and 5dr occupy in Canada. There are, however, a few Scion dealerships in Canada but they're mostly limited to the big urban areas of Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. I would be interested to know what the marketing and vehicle availability of Yaris' is like in the GTA with Scions trying to get sold too.
