Came across these rims soon to be available from tirerack.com
If you're looking for aftermarket OEM-look rims, then perhaps these MSW's will work for you.
They'll be available in 4on100 (single drilled) 14x6 ($65), 15x6.5 ($68), and 16x6.5 ($79), but no word on the offsets yet.
