Scosche in-dash radio stallation kit does not fit in Yaris :( Please help.

Hello everyone, I just brought an excellent after market stereo and after much searching, finally got my hand on an installation kit. However, even thought the stereo fit inside the kit, the kit does not fit the car :iono: . Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
