I bought a knockoff Greddy Type S BOV for my old car. The casting on the body was so poor that there was a hole. I had to patch it with jbweld. The internals where top notch though.

IMO some manufacturers cut their own throat by overpricing parts.

well i found out with rip offs on ebay, it will say "style" after the brand name....

eg. Tanabe Style 3" Exaust

it'll say "...-style" if you're lucky. some jackasses just flat out lie about their auctions. look at the teins in the article. whoever went to those lengths to copy it that well is going to try and pawn them off as real.
