sure any info is great, I have found a few places on the net also to send alternators to...ohio generators is the one I've read good things about....

now to source a spare alternator to send to them...

also any out for the scion with the same engine???

I know this is an old thread but any updates? I'm looking for one too. I checked out highoutputalternators.com and they quoted me $649 for 170A. I think that's rediculously priced but I'm looking into other options right now.

yeah there are companies but they price them all over $500
