18x7.5 with +35 offset /W 205/35/18

ok im looking at getting a cusco coilover set at least a 1.25"- 1.5" drop i wanna know what it will take to get these wheels to fit i can go staggered with +43 in front but i wish not to i want wheels to fit flush with fender planning on using a 205/35R18 so that its not too much difference. Offset calculator says it will stick out 21mm more which is about .83"!!

i predict rubbing, not to mention the fact that it'll look like a pick up truck with wheels n tires sticking out. but trial and error is the only truth man! tell us how it turns out and post pics!

lol that bad hu?? well im planning on rolling fenders and pretty much removing all inner fenders i don't mind cambering front if i have to but because of solid rear im actually more afraid about that but when i was looking and measuring i had almost a whole inch more space left from stock rim to fender..and im planning on a drop of about 1.25-1.5 so i don't know about off road truck but if i have to ill tuck i guess ill have too ill hate it but flaring fenders might be in my future...Skuuuurrrrry......

i guess i have to do more measuring before i take the leap if you got any help on what and how to measure im gonna try and rig a way to measure from hub to fender and then find out how much room i got... and any one with 18's please advise i mean searching helps but getting all that in one place to really compare is hard...

My advice would be to search Japanese Vitz sites. You'll find dozens of Vitz with 18's that look outstanding. Make some contacts and find out all you need to know about proper 18" wheel widths, offsets, tire sizes, and staggering for the best fit and function. In Japan, wheel and tire application is a fine art, so go to the experts.

18x7.5 with a +42 should be flush with the fender, oh and hyper black ftw!

i emailed 5zigen about detailed wheel specs and i will measure more tomorrow and try and find some way to share it maybe with some pic.

looking to be really aggressive wanna win those stupid best of offset/ wheel fitment trophy's i know rear wheel has more room than front wheels maybe staggered is the way to go...

FR, ET42mm; RR, ET35mm is a very common Japanese fitment for the Yaris.

Love those rims... classic Japanese, and single drilled too... perfect!

What colour is your Sedan?

i have a "Polar White" Hatch haven't updated yet waiting till I've done something to it before i take pics.... will that offset work on a hatch as well i was kinda thinking of that setup just gotta find some where i can get a set for a good price... i would like to get before i need to purchase a new set of tires for stock...

if any one has a good pic or drawing i can use to place measurements in please post im going to be measuring tomorrow and wont mind uploading dimensions of front and read clearances as you may notice from thread im looking to push the envelope.. everyone knows 16x7 will fit and will improve handling but i want to make people say how did you put those on there and i can say yea and it doesn't even rub.. lol

With your white sedan, both hyper silver and hyper black would look good.

Agreed, when I have the funding (17 years from now, lol), I'll be going with the black wheels, polished lip and center cap. I have a Polar sedan also. Of course, by then I'll want the Hydrogen conversion, with flying capabilities :biggrin:

well i went to discount tire and they will be contacting me about prices ive decided to go 18x7.5 +35 in back and 18x7.5 +43 in front I have a Hatch guys with 205/35/18 tires all around front should fit no prob rear is what scares me... i guess ill be flaring if needed

I know rolling already done took like 30 min a wheel ( first try) we'll see about pulling probably gonna camber front should clear i think
