and why would we want yellow lights? not picking on you, just really want to know why you would want your headlights yellow...

actually I was thinking the same...unless you have a pic with these installed, I'm not really convinced that it can look good on any car...but that's just my point of view

Too bad is not H11 and 3000K otherwise it will look good for fog lights but maybe not for headlights :)

Chris, after an HID conversion could you use those as fog lights? I want yellow fogs for the impending 100 inches of snow I'm facing.

They make 3500k yellow HIDs, or you can just get replacement yellow halogen's in the fog light fittment. I believe its an H11 size.

Saw these on a civic once for front headlights... made the car look like it has HIV

but yellow looks decent on fogs ^^

what? the yellow eyes... the only reason why I think of this is because my friend volunteers at an HIV/AIDS clinic and she always talks about it.

then we tease her that she's going to get it :x (which we hope won't be true ever)

Anything other then 3000k (yellow) or 7000k (white-ish like my sig) is NOT going to have any usable light output!

Pink, green, etc. = not a good idea for headlight bulbs.

Tinting your stock lights will put out even LESS light then your factory halogens.

Get something that works, like HIDs.

?? so you're saying that 4300k has no useable light output??

I think he is saying between 3000K and 7000K is where you want to be... anything below or above that is only for the looks and doesn't emit USABLE light, which is what you're going for with headlights yanno... haha

yellow headlights are better for dark/low light/ rainy applications....next time you drive in a downpour let me know if you can see your regular headlights...

yellow is cool. id rock the fog lights in yellow
i think the GT3 cars use yellow headlights in the mixed races so the prototype cars can distinguish them from the rest. i think yellow will help others notice us on the road. i dont know if its just me but people constantly cut over not knowing im there. :iono: yellow will be more noticeable
