uh, i just read this part:
GPS NAVIGATION READY
Choose between a SAVANT *SPiN3510 or SPiN3550 portable navigation or the *SNAV-1 external navigation module
so this means it's $1000 PLUS a $600 nav module? i'll just get my gf the new eclipse for that price.

Yep, I saw that too. It's just money! hehe I need the Bluetooth module as well. Still cheaper than stock which is usually 3 grand. I like the hands free NAV like in the new Hondas and Toyotas.

The Black Box Nav has a retail of $499.99 which will plug into ALL of the OEM radios. Unlike many of the other Double DINS out there, these already have the ipod controller built in with included cables, will play iPod video with included cable, bluetooth is already built-in no additional $200 part like the others need. The biggest plus is that for the most part (depending on the car) the radios look FACTORY which is what the industry is actually looking for these days.
Any questions feel free to ask

let's compare apples with apples.
if you are talking price, even with the additional price of a bluetooth module and an ipod controller you can still get a quality double din that offers more features for less than $1600.
now if you are arguing the point of this unit looking like a factory unit, then yes i agree... this would be a perfect piece for someone going after the oem "look".
since it seems that you (oeradio dude) represent them, can you list some sensitivity specs for comparison with a reputable brand? i didn't see any on your website. maybe i didn't look hard enough. thanks

So this gets me thinking.... wouldn't it be cheaper if we just build our own OEM system. All we really need is:
OEM GPS Headunit
JBL D.Amp
Wires and Harness
iPod integration kit
Wouldn't it be about the same price but with a much better amp?
